Hi, this series is absolutely brilliant. I studied English at university, and now I’m teaching- I’m taking so much inspiration from your lesson. Thank you ever so much. I hope somebody did something like this with the German language! I’m trying to learn communicative German….and without such practise I’m hopeless so far….:)

@decayedove Enemas and colonics are mostly used in the detox phase frequently and slowly decreased with time. Within a few weeks their enemas and colonics should only be a couple times a year (there are toxins elsewhere in our environment other than our food so periodic cleaning outs are good) or when they feel like they have not gone regularly to the toilet. If they are doing 2 enemas a day for longer than a few weeks then you are right, there could be longterm negative impacts.

Okay, will someone please explain to my why someone on a raw food diet would EVER need an enema or a colonic? If you are taking in that much fiber you should be able to let nature take its course and be A-OK! In fact, coffee enemas are very dangerous. If you do enemas and colonics very often it can permanently damage the lining of your intestines.
