Why are low mileage engines shipped from japan to the us?
I was once told that in Japan a vehicle with 30k miles had to be scrapped or a new engine put in. But I can't5 find any info on this. So I am just wondering what the truth really is.
i own a repair shop ,and part of that is true they do install new engines but its because of the really strict emission laws they have there,and the engines are shipped here to the states because our emission laws aren't half as strict as there's are,and
