do i need it. because it fell off and was wondering would it damage my engine if i didnt have it on it is for a 2002 honda accord 4 dr ex 4 cylinder

its a good thing to have to keep the dirt and water out of your engine if you don't have the original i would go to the junkyard as they are expensive at the dealers
