What is an engine coil?
Just got a 2010 KX 450F fuel injected dirt bike, trying to install an hour meter now.
Says to put wires on the engine coil... don't know where that is or what it looks like. Doesn't say in the manual, either.
Any help would be appreciated.
Just to add to Skipweasel's answer, you don't hook it up to the thick black wire once you follow it back.
On the coil should be 2 other, smaller terminals, one marked - and the other + (negative and positive).
